Sitting as a company within the global Rentokil Initial organisation, was the Tropical Plants division; a business which sat incongruously under the Rentokil name. fst was briefed to unify the tropical plants business around the world under a single name, vision and identity.

The Solution

fst created a new philosophy, vision and brand identity throughout the entire organisation. Not just a new name, but a cultural change too. We took the business out of its comfort zone and differentiated it from the competition. We gave customers new reasons to engage with the company and we ensured that colleagues lived the experience, so they had confidence, trust and belief in the new brand.

Ambius, the identity created for Rentokil Tropical Plants, now offers new services that stimulate all five senses; sight, smell, touch, taste and hearing.

The success of this rebrand has been confirmed with fst winning two major design awards.
